To those of you who don't know, I am Autistic. I was first diagnosed when I was 12 years old for being seen as uncharacteristically aggressive and "misbehaving" in school. There's also the fact that I didn't really have many friends and just exhibited non-neurotypical behaviours. I've been living and learning a lot about myself over these past 27 years and often really despise the way that the world sees and reacts to those of us on the spectrum. Thus, I have, this past year, been creating a series on YouTube sharing bit by bit the knowledge that I myself, as an Autistic, have gained and experienced in order to raise awareness and acceptance. Here is the latest video from that series. I really put myself out there and make myself quite vulnerable so please go easy on me in the comments. I hope you enjoy it and that you find this video useful.
