Anime-Inspired Workouts

So, I was scrolling through Pinterest looking for some exercise routines to follow, cause, I don't know about you but COVID has made me rather lazy these past few months. Lazy and unmotivated. Recently I've been hearing this phrase "mood follows action" and so that is exactly what I'm trying to do, use my actions to provoke a better mood, because as science continually shows, exercise is great physically and mentally. Plus, being the type of person to not allow for life to keep me down for a long time I went searching for some fun, simple exercise plans. And I happened upon some crazy cool exercises, completely inspired by several anime series. I thought I'd leave a few of them here in case you too might happen to be feeling rather lazy, tired or stressed and feel like turning that around. Why not try one of these out?



If you want to get real hardcore and go all out (which I wouldn't recommend as you'd burn yourself out, but, if you did want to) then, here is an exercise plan series inspired by the One Punch Man series (one of my most recent favourite shows).
