Hey friends!

I’m absolutely thrilled to announce that The List Girl is levelling up in a big way! After months of planning, designing, and dreaming, my Autism Resources Shop is officially OPEN on my website! 🎉

This shop is something I’ve pouring a lot of myself into, and it’s all about providing useful, accessible, and affordable resources for the Autism community. Being Autism myself I often have often (while creating this products) used them myself. In fact, a lot of them I still use. Whether you're looking for physical resources, digital tools, or even a little merch to brighten your day, I’ve got you covered.

What You’ll Find in the Shop

Here’s a quick peek at some of the things I’ve created for you:

  • Non-Verbal Speech Cards: Designed to make communication easier and more accessible for those who are non-verbal or have speech difficulties. These cards are intuitive, portable, and can make a big difference in day-to-day interactions.

  • Mental Health Journal Prompts: These prompts are thoughtfully designed to support your mental health journey. They’re perfect for reflection, self-expression, and understanding your thoughts and feelings in a safe and structured way.

  • Desktop Organizers: We all know the chaos of a cluttered desktop! These digital organizers are both functional and visually calming, helping you keep your PC or laptop clean and tidy. They've always helped me and I enjoy switching the themes out from time to time.

  • Disability Posters: Where you need help calming down or grounding yourself from disassociation or a panic attack I've created a Grounding poster with a technique that usually helps me when I'm feeling off, anxious, or disassociated. It's called the 5-4-3-2-1 method and it works a treat. If your trying to teach people about autism there's also posters about meltdowns and burnouts.

  • Conversation starters card pack: I also made 40 cards with conversation starters for those of us on the spectrum who struck with ideas for what to talk about, could be made into a fun little, "get to know you" game or you could try to remember a few for later. I know it helps me and I hope it helps you guys also.

  • Autism Merch: This is where my creative side really shines! I’ve hand-drawn designs for hoodies, tees and mugs, and hopefully in the future will be putting them on pins as well. Being that I absolutely LOVE pins. They’re fun, relatable, and a great way to celebrate Autism pride.

Why I Created This Shop

As someone who is Autistic herself, and as someone who has always valued organization and creative tools, I wanted to offer resources that cater specifically to the needs of our community. Every product in the shop was designed with intention—thinking about accessibility, practicality, and, of course, usefulness. I know how overwhelming life can sometimes feel, and my goal with this shop is to make things a little easier, a little brighter, and a lot more manageable for us.

Affordable and Accessible

I’ve also made it a priority to keep everything as affordable as possible. Accessibility shouldn’t come with a high price tag. Whether you need a small resource like speech cards or a bigger tool like the desktop organizer, I want you to feel good about making a purchase. That's why none of the products or resources in this shop will ever be above £30.

A Big Thank You

To all of you who have supported me along the way—whether by following, engaging, or simply being here—thank you from the bottom of my heart. I hope you love what I’ve created and find something in the shop that speaks to you. Head over to Shop tab to check it out, and as always, feel free to share your thoughts, ideas, and feedback with me.

Let’s keep building something amazing together! 💛

Love,

The List Girl
