The Makings of Greatness
“Now, you listen to me, James Hawkins. You got the makings of greatness in you, but you gotta take the helm and chart your own course! Stick to it, no matter the squalls! And when the time comes, you’ll get the chance to really test the cut of your sails, and show what you’re made of … well, I hope I’m there, catching some of the light coming off you that day.” — From movie Treasure Planet (Disney)

(Book Review) The House Next Door by Darcy Coates
Extremely creepy book full of plot twists. There were moments you thought the book was about to end but then another plot twist would arise and continue, this was something I really enjoyed in the story and had not before experienced. It was extremely haunting and gave me chills through almost every page. I love a good Darcy Coates read. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5)

Our Deepest Fear...
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory o

I finally published my debut poetry anthology - AMA about writing, editing, or self-publishing.
“I would define … the poetry of words as The Rhythmical Creation of Beauty.” Edgar Allan Poe I finally published my first poetry anthology, something I’ve been working on quietly for a few years. It’s filled with pieces about growth, healing, shadows, self-reflection, and those little moments that stay with you longer than they should. For years, my poetry lived in scattered places, such as, in notebooks with bent corners, in phone notes written late at night, on scraps of pa

EXCERPT from my book - The Unseen
Tommy interrupted. "There’s another article—one that might be even more useful." "The Legend of the Lights..." Tommy murmured, his eyes scanning the screen. "Read it," I said, pulling up a chair beside him, my curiosity piqued. "It’s from an old blogspot. Not exactly scientific or factual," Tommy hesitated. "Oh, shut up and read it, nerd," I teased, flashing him a grin. He hesitated, unsure whether to be offended, but I added, "I’m just eager to learn anything we can." The Le
